Medical & First Aid Courses

We offer a variety of medical courses
ranging from basic first aid and CPR
to advanced trauma response.

  • Basic Life Support (BLS)

    Advanced level of CPR training for individuals who have a job-related "duty to respond" to emergencies. The 4-hour course includes an overview of the body systems and medical issues. Participants learn how to recognize and provide care for cardiac and respiratory emergencies for adults, children, and infants, with special emphasis on two or more rescuer CPR and the use of the resuscitation mask, bag-valve-mask and Automated External Defibrillator.
    This course is especially recommended for medical professionals, lifeguards, aerobics/fitness/sports instructors, public and private safety/security employees and first responders.
    A written and practical test must be completed. This course includes an American Heart Association certificate that is valid for 2 years

  • HeartSaver CPR/AED

    This course is for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs to know how to perform CPR or to obtain a certificate for CPR to meet job, regulatory or other requirements.
    This course is highly recommended for daycare workers, school teachers, security personnel, summer camps, work, babysitters, as well as construction workers.
    This course is NOT designed for healthcare providers. This course includes a two-year certification card.

  • HeartSaver First Aid

    HeartSaver First Aid is an instructor-led course that teaches students critical skills needed to respond to and manage a first aid, emergency in the first few minutes until emergency medical services (EMS) arrives.  
    Students learn skills such as how to treat bleeding, sprains, broken bones, shock and other first aid emergencies.
    This course includes a two-year certification card. 

  • Stop The Bleed

    In a STOP THE BLEED® course, you’ll learn three quick techniques to help save a life before someone bleeds out: (1) How to use your hands to apply pressure to a wound; (2) How to pack a wound to control bleeding; (3) How to correctly apply a tourniquet.
    These three techniques will empower you to assist in an emergency and potentially save a life.
